可是進口大宗黃豆的驗出含量有一半是0.3 - 6.2 ppm，卻沒事。
衛福部會說都是依法行事，燕麥沒有定殘留允許值，所以違規。黃豆訂在10 ppm，因此沒有違規。
然而同樣是大豆的毛豆，卻訂為0.2 ppm。
